VOLPINO'S are a rare breed, so not often is one available to adopt, the adoptee must pay for all costs, shipping and if needed up dated shots, or you can come pick them up.

Now and then someone might die or move and can no longer own a Volpino. No matter what the situation is we never want to see one of our Volpino's in a shelter so we do our best to help them find a new home regardless of age, regardless of why they are giving the Volpino up we don't question it.  

Our experience is that they do adapt well no matter what age but it does take time to get used to your schudle as they have had been use their previous owner schudle. The older they are it may take a few months, they might like women more than men or both, it depends who had them in the past.
